US Customs Brokers are licensed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and empowered to assist and represent corporations, banks, manufacturers, associations and other businesses engaged in international trade in meeting federal requirements governing imports and exports.
The purpose of the Customs Broker examination is to determine the examinee's knowledge of Customs and related laws, regulations and procedures, bookkeeping, accounting, and all other appropriate matters, and his or her fitness to render valuable service to importers and exporters.
This program is designed to prepare you for the Customs Broker License Examination given by U.S. Customs and Board Protection. Our Customs Broker preparation course is based on exam purpose, focused on understanding in Customs regulation (CFR19), classification of items and practical operation. Through this course, examinee can grasp the right way to prepare and pass the exam.
The Customs Broker examination, offered twice per year, is a comprehensive and demanding four-hour test. In recent exams, as few as 11% passed. It has been reported that those taking a comprehensive test preparation course such as we offer have increased their chance of passing to at least 70%.
